Ballet Instructor (South Park)

ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, is looking for a dynamic Ballet Instructor to share their talents with the community.

 

South Park Community Center is hiring for a ballet/dance instructor who is able to teach a succession of ballet classes for youth including Creative Dance through Ballet 3 (mid-level).  Students will range in age from 2-5 years of age.

 

Location:  South Park Community Center

Schedule:  Tuesdays in the afternoons and evenings

Start date:  Tuesday, August  1, 2017

End date:  Tuesday, June 26, 2018

Pay range:  $17.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

 

Requirements:

  • Over 21 years of age 
  • Must have experience with teaching ballet to toddlers  
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid photo ID
  • Willingness to obtain First Aide/CPR certification
