Summer Camp Geocaching Instructor (Magnuson)

ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, is recruiting for a Geocaching Instructor for Summer 2018. The Geocaching Instructor is responsible for planning and leading summer outdoor geocaching camps for various age groups. Campers will gain knowledge of geocaching, safety, learn to use GPS and navigation. A love for geocaching and teaching campers is a must! 


Location: Magnuson Community Center

Schedule: Monday - Friday, various morning and afternoon hours

Start date: Monday, June 25, 2018

End date: Saturday, September 1, 2018

Pay range: $20 Hourly 



  • Over 18 years of age 
  • Experience leading and planning geocaching to various age groups
  • Must have First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to attain
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid photo ID


This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
