Summer Camp Tennis Instructor (Miller)

ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, is recruiting for a Summer Camp Tennis Instructor. The Summer Camp Tennis Instructor will be responsible for teaching and coaching tennis to kids 5 - 12 years old. This position will also be responsible for leading lessons to teach kids the basics, rules and techniques of tennis. Creativity, patience, and a love for teaching tennis are a must!


Location: Miller Community Center

Camp Sessions: 

  • Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 12:00pm and 12:30pm - 4:30pm on July 9 - August 3, 2018

Pay Rate: $20 - $25 Hourly DOE



  • Experience teaching and coaching tennis
  • Ability to work with kids ages 5 - 12 years old
  • Ability to manage a group 5-10 kids
  • Ability to plan, lead lessons plans and activities
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid government issued ID


This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
