Toddler Music & Dance Instructor
The Associated Recreation Council (ARC), in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is recruiting a Toddler Music & Dance Instructor. The Toddler Music and Dance Instructor will be responsible for teaching a music and dance class in Spanish to children ages 1 - 3 years old. The toddler music and dance instructor will focus on singing traditional children’s songs in Spanish as well has traditional dances. This position will be also responsible for creating a fun and creative environment for participants. A passion for teaching is a must!
Location: Alki Community Center
Pay rate: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly DOE
Start date: Thursday, January 18, 2017
Schedule: Tuesdays from 10:00am – 11:15am
End date: TBA
Requirements:
- Experience working with children 1 – 3 years old
- Background in music
- Over the age of 21 years old
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Willingness to obtain First Aide/CPR certification
This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
