The Associated Recreation Council (ARC), in partnership with Seattle Parks & Recreation, serves Seattle by offering a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes and activities. Our school-age care programs provide a fun, creative, safe and welcoming environment for children to learn, play and grow.
The School-Age Child Care Director at Ballard Community Center responsible for planning and directing the Before and After School Child Care and Summer Day Camp programs for youth ages 5-12 years old; working with staff to coordinate events, programs and community outreach; supporting other ARC programs within the community center by being a part of planning, marketing and coordination of childcare program events and projects.
Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 hourly DOE/non-exempt; benefited
This is a full-time, year-round, benefited position. Hours will vary and may be scheduled between 6:00am to 6:00pm. Working split shifts may be required based on business/program need.
