Enrichment Instructor (Soccer)

Part Time | Alki Community Center

The Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is recruiting an Enrichment Instructor to lead various Soccer classes at multiple elementary schools. The Enrichment Instructor will be responsible for leading, planning and managing a group of elementary school students. The enrichment instructor will focus on teaching participants the fundamentals and game rules of soccer. This position will be also responsible for creating a fun and creative environment for participants. A passion for soccer and teaching is a must!

Location: Alki Community Center

Pay range: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly DOE

Schedule: Tuesdays from 2:45pm - 3:45pm

Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Experience creating innovative age appropriate curriculum
  • Experience teaching martial arts to elementary age children
  • Ability to manage a group of kids
  • Ability to lead and create lesson plans
  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must provide valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification

This is a part-time, non-benefited position.
