Full Time | Alki Community Center
The Preschool Director for Alki Community Center through the Associated Recreation Council is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the licensed preschool programing for ages 3 – 5 years old. The Preschool Director will work in ratio to create and support a fun, safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for program participants and staff. The director will establish and strengthen positive relationships with parents, participants, and staff and will be the main point of contact for Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) staff.
Pay Rate: $20.75/hr + full-time benefits
Program Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:45am - 12:45pm

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, 40 hr/week, non-exempt, Monday - Friday year-round position.
Supervises preschool assistant directors, preschool lead teachers, and preschool assistant teachers in designated geographical site.
