A Production Assistant at ARC is responsible for setting up and producing printed material and assisting with the development and creation of marketing materials for our partners and internal clients. We are looking for a proactive professional with a positive attitude that can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining great customer service. This person will be a team player with great organization and time management skills and who is a critical thinker that strives to improve processes within the team. ARC marketing material is distributed throughout Seattle therefore quality is our primary concern; Production Assistant is responsible for ensuring production deliverables meet the defined standards of quality. The production assistant plays an essential role in ensuring successful implementation of the defined vision of our partner or client. Reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 hourly DOE/non-exempt; benefited
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week, core hours between 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL: This position requires up to 5% travel to community centers, job fairs.
