The Associated Recreation Council is seeking a full-time Substitute Program Supervisor. This position oversees the Substitute Program, supervises the current substitute staff and schedules the staff for ARC’s licensed school-age care and preschool programs. This individual also coordinates the full life-cycle of recruiting for the full-time and part-time Substitute Counselors to ensure the sub pool is always staffed, provides training and on-boarding to new and existing staff as needed, coaches, mentors and ensures direct reports are performing at the level required.
Pay Rate: $50,000 annually plus full-time benefits
