In light of the Trump Administration’s executive order allowing federal immigration authorities to conduct enforcement in schools and other childcare areas, ARC has prepared a Policies & Procedures document for our childcare and recreation staff to review.
All students and families are welcome at ARC, regardless of immigration status. This document outlines what steps to take if an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent arrives at ARC work site.
