At ARC, we prioritize the safety and well-being of the children in our programs, and processing the news of the Robb Elementary School and Buffalo shootings is deeply upsetting and devastating to all of us. We stand with you in your hurt and grief at the recent tragedies in our country.

We wanted to share resources that align with our values on community care, inclusion, and trauma informed practices. Incidents like these are never easy, they are traumatic, and it feels and is close to home, when we take care of and serve that exact population.

However, you are feeling, your grief, your fear, your anger, being numb, how you are feeling is valid. We want to give support in this and there are many resources available for adults and children to open the discussion and help you process:
