Starting Monday, August 30, 2021, ARC will be paying a $600 signing bonus to newly hired, qualifying staff. Positions that are eligible include positions in:
Eligible candidates must submit their resume and application while the initiative is active, have not worked for ARC in the past 90 days, accept offer of employment and complete/pass pre-employment requirements.
Bonus will be paid out in three installments. Employees will receive $200 at the completion of new hire paperwork and orientation, $200 at the successful completion of 90 days employment, and $200 at the successful completion of 180 days of employment.
