The Associated Recreation Council (ARC), in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is recruiting for a Summer Activity Camp Spanish Instructor. Spanish Camp Instructor must have a strong focus on safety, Fun, Education and reliability. They are responsible for planning, leading, and ensuring safety on summer Camp group of up to 10 kids ages 5-8 and 7-12. Required skills include basic knowledge Spanish language, curriculum development, experience leading youth activities, leadership and responsibility for whereabouts of kids. Desired: First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain. A passion for teaching is a must!
Location: Ballard Community Center
Schedule: August 12 to August 16, 2019; 1 weeks; Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am – 12:30 pm & 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Starting Pay rate: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly DOE/non-exempt
This is a part-time, summer, non-benefited position.
