The Associated Recreation Council (ARC), in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) is recruiting for a Summer Computer Coding Camp Instructor. The Computer Coding Camp Instructor must be able to plan and carry out 3-hour lessons/activitites for a group of kids ages 8-12 years old. They must have experience working wtih children in a classroom setting, Computer program Scratch and be able to manage a group of up to 10 students. They must also have a passion for computer coding and game design.
Location: Delridge Community Center
Schedule: 5 weeks; Mondays - Fridays from 9:00am - 12:00pm; 17 - 18 hours per week
Pay rate: $18 - $22 Hourly
This is a part-time, summer, non-benefited position.
